Let’s talk about the visibility of women in Evia.

How visible are women in cities and how much are their needs included in budgets and policy and program decisions, nationally and locally?

On Thursday, July 7, from 18:00 – 19:30, we are waiting for you at the Open Support Center for Residents of Northern Evia (Strofilia, behind the church), in an event – workshop, where we will discuss the issue of women’s visibility in Evia.

As part of our action for the empowerment of women, we launched the GREAT Budgeting program in November 2020, in collaboration with the Municipalities of Athens and Karditsa and the Karditsa Women’s Center, with the aim of highlighting the importance of gender mainstreaming in budgets and empower women and girls to express their needs and assert their rights.
